BEFORE scheduling your move, contact the Property Manager to:

  • Provide mandatory DEPOSIT & FEE
  • Submit PERMISSION FORMS to be approved
  • Receive detailed moving INSTRUCTIONS (when, where, how)
  • Schedule use of ELEVATORS and/or ACCESS GATES

SUGGESTED VENDORS

Any renovation, major plumbing and/or electrical work requires a LICENSED CONTRACTOR with evidence of insurance before work can be approved and performed – do not hire a handy person to perform work that requires a license or permit. Submit Architectural Change forms to Property Manager
