Alarm Sounder Testing & Sprinkler Head Inspections for Petrini has been completed. There will be additional testing for failed sounders and for units that did not provide access. Property management will contact the affected units. Thank you for your cooperation!

Access to ALL 134 UNITS is required so that BAY ALARM can enter and test the intensity of your alarm sounder in each area of your unit. It should take approximately 2-3 minutes per unit. During the test, the alarm in your unit and building will be sounding. Alarms will only be on when we are in a unit testing it. We will also be inspecting all SPRINKLER HEADS in all rooms and closets at the same time.

If you cannot provide access during the scheduled times shown below you MUST provide a KEY or a KEY CODE (electronic deadbolt locks) to the Onsite Property Manager. Alternatively, you can have a trusted neighbor or agent open your door at the specified time (If you use a neighbor or agent, you must let the Onsite Property Manager know and provide their contact information).
NOTE:
IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE ACCESS AND WE CANNOT TEST YOUR SOUNDER ON THE SCHEDULED DAY – YOUR UNIT WILL BE CHARGED A FEE TO HAVE THE ALARM COMPANY RETURN AT ANOTHER TIME TO TEST YOUR UNIT.
We will provide foam earplugs to everyone. Should you require additional earplugs, we will make them available in the Common Room. If you have sensitive pets, children or members of your household, please make arrangements for them to be away during testing. Only the building under test should have alarms sounding – other buildings should not be in alarm (but you may hear some noise from the building under test).
NOTE: WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE OR MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR SPECIFIC TIMES FOR ANYONE
We understand that access to your unit can be inconvenient, however the safe operation and proper management of a condominium complex requires occasional access for inspections.
These inspections are required by San Francisco. As a home owner and member of the HOA, it is your responsibility to provide this access as necessary. We appreciate your cooperation.
