IN-UNIT DRYER VENT CLEANING SCHEDULE:
Thank you for requesting to have your dryer vent cleaned from within your unit. Please note, that we cannot guarantee a specific time, but we have tried to accommodate most requests with the schedule below.

In general, Petrini will have dryer ducts cleaned as follows:
FROM ROOF (Bldgs A, B & C) and FROM INSIDE UNIT (Bldg D) – The HOA pays for this necessary service as part of property maintenance. Work will be done on:
MONDAY, OCTOBER 10 to WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 12
OPTIONAL IN-UNIT CLEANING (Owners must reserve a time and pay $75 directly to COIT at time of service. COIT will remove your flex-duct, clean it and reattach it to your dryer and wall opening). Reservations dates are on (see final schedule above):
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 18 and WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 19

GENERAL RESERVATIONS ARE CLOSED – HOWEVER WE MAY BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE A FEW ADDITIONAL REQUESTS IN THE FINAL SCHEDULE ABOVE – FILL OUT FORM BELOW FOR CONSIDERATION:
(If emailing form to petrinimanager@bwpm.com you only need to fill in the top portion – if you bring a paper copy to the office, please fill in both and keep one half for your record)
PLEASE NOTE:
- For residents in Building D, cleaning of both the “in-unit flexible duct” and the “vent up to the roof” will be paid for by the HOA as roof access is not possible. Cleaning for Building D will start on October 10th. Access is mandatory for all units in Building D.
- For Buildings A, B and C, you may reserve a date and time slot if you want your inside unit flexible duct cleaned (duct from dryer to wall). Your appointment is only valid once confirmed by the Onsite Property Manager. This service is optional, but recommended for better performance of your dryer and fire safety.
- You may not receive your preferred date or time depending on demand. The sooner you submit your request, the higher the possibility to receive your choice.
- For Buildings A, B and C, you or your representative must be in the unit during your appointment. We will not be accepting keys for this in-unit service.
- ONLY for Building D can we accept a door code or key temporarily, since vents can only be accessed from inside. If you cannot be home, you must still clear out the area around your dryer for access.
- Everyone with cleaning done inside the unit must clear out all shelving, products, and tools from in and around the dryer. The flex-duct must be easily accessible by COIT to remove and perform cleaning. If they find they cannot access your vent they will not clean it and there will be no charge. If your duct is damaged, COIT will repair or replace as needed.
- Buildings A, B and C who desire in-unit cleaning, you will pay COIT directly – the HOA will not manage the payments. They accept cash, check, credit cards and electronic payments.
