5-YR SPRINKLER INSPECTION 2022

Inspections will begin on Tuesday August 14, 2022 and are scheduled for two days.

Access to ALL UNITS is required so that Allied Sprinkler can enter and view your sprinkler heads in each room. If you cannot provide access during the scheduled times shown below you will need to provide a KEY or a KEY CODE (electronic deadbolt locks) to the Onsite Property Manager.

NOTE: If you will NOT be home on the day your building is scheduled, please let the Onsite Property Manager know and we can schedule your inspection on the alternate day.

Going forward, according to NFPA 25, Chapter 5 as amended by Title 19 of the California Code of Regulations, access to inspect units is now required ANNUALLY.

We understand that access to your unit can be inconvenient, however the safe operation and proper management of a condominium complex requires occasional access for inspections.

These inspections are typically required by San Francisco or California. As a home owner and member of the HOA, it is your responsibility to provide this access as necessary. We appreciate your cooperation.
